    Proment — Terms

    1. Who you are agreeing with

There is no company, organisation, studio or registered entity behind Proment. Lucanise is the name this site is published under. You are dealing with a solo developer in Belgium, publishing under the name Lucanise.

Proment is a hobby project, built and maintained part-time by that one person alongside other work. It is provided through the Atlassian Marketplace. Atlassian's terms apply alongside these terms and prevail where they conflict.

By installing or using Proment, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you may agree on its behalf.

    2. What you get

You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Proment inside your own Atlassian Cloud site for internal purposes while your Marketplace licence is active.

Do not resell, sublicense, provide, copy, modify or extract its source, except where the law expressly permits it.

    3. What Proment is

Proment is a tracking tool: a status, owner, next action and timeline beside Confluence pages. It is not a system of record, backup, archive, security control, compliance tool, audit trail, evidence source or safety-critical system.

Proment never edits, moves or deletes a page it did not create. This is enforced in code. Existing pages retain Confluence's history, export and backups without being changed by Proment.

What Proment adds around pages exists in one copy inside your Atlassian tenant. There is no vendor-side restore path. Keep important information in your own records, back it up, and do not let Proment be the only place it exists.

    4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you and your users enter, whether you are entitled to enter it, your records and backups, your legal and regulatory obligations, and your Confluence permissions.

You decide whether Proment suits your site and intended use. Use any trial offered on the Atlassian Marketplace for that purpose.

    5. Billing

Billing, invoices, refunds, user tiers and payment details are handled by Atlassian under your relationship with Atlassian. Prices may change through the Marketplace.

    6. Support and the Marketplace response floor

The Atlassian Marketplace sets a response floor that applies to every app there: a response within 24 hours for anything Atlassian identifies as critical, and within five business days for everything else. This requirement comes from the Marketplace. It is not an additional or independent promise made for Proment, and the maximum is not a target that the developer promises to beat.

A response means a reply acknowledging the message. It does not mean a diagnosis, fix, workaround or timetable. Critical means whatever Atlassian determines is critical; a customer cannot make something critical by marking an email urgent. Business days means Monday to Friday excluding Belgian public holidays.

A reply saying “yes, that is broken, and I do not know when I will get to it” satisfies the response requirement in full.

Support is provided by the one person who built the app, part-time and alongside other work. There is no support rota or phone support, and no commitment that a bug will be fixed.

    7. No roadmap or development commitment

There is no commitment to develop Proment further at all. There is no roadmap, no promised feature, no update commitment and no undertaking to keep pace with changes to Confluence.

    8. Forge quotas and platform rate limits

Proment runs inside your Atlassian site, on Atlassian's infrastructure and under Atlassian's limits, not ours. Forge platform quotas cap computation and storage per app and per installation. Confluence API rate limits apply to every request.

In practice, meeting a limit may look like a screen that fails to load, a save that does not complete, or a list that comes back short. We cannot raise these limits and cannot promise that a customer will not meet them. A large site should test Proment (for example with any trial offered on the Marketplace) before relying on it.

There is no commitment about throughput, capacity, or how many topics the app will hold.

    9. No warranty

Proment is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind to the fullest extent the law allows. There is no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, fit for a particular purpose, or that it will preserve or correctly represent anything.

    10. Liability

Use Proment at your own risk. We accept no liability for anything. If it loses your data, gets something wrong, stops working, or turns out not to suit you, the remedy is to stop using it. Do not build anything on Proment that you could not stand to lose.

That includes lost or corrupted information; lost profit, revenue, business, time or opportunity; Atlassian's availability, limits, pricing, billing or changes, which are between you and Atlassian; the one person being unavailable through illness, absence, or simply stopping, because one person is one point of failure; and anything you chose, including what you put in, whether you were entitled to, your backups, and your Confluence permissions.

If the law where you are says some of this cannot be excluded, then it is not excluded. Liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, and for fraud, is not excluded.

    11. If Proment is withdrawn

If Proment is withdrawn, the Marketplace Partner Agreement requires it to remain available and supported until existing subscriptions reach their end. That requirement is owed to Atlassian. It is stated here because it is true and you should know it, not as a warranty or an independent promise from the developer. Support during that period is the support described in section 6, no more.

Your topics are ordinary Confluence pages in your own spaces. They do not depend on the app, the developer, or any agreement continuing to exist.

When the app is uninstalled, those pages remain. The information Proment adds around them has no vendor-side restore path, so export anything you need first.

    12. Law

If any part of these terms is unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest remains in effect. Mandatory rights that apply where you live remain yours.
